Important Parking Information

Wheelchair access. There are two handicapped parking stalls in the garage underneath the building. Each stall is adjacent to the elevators. If the handicapped stalls are filled, there are parking spots just outside the parking garage that give easy access to the parking garage/elevators. You can access the elevator from either handicapped parking stall by pushing the door open. Note there are two doors to access the elevator.

Take the elevator to the first floor.

Everyone else parks outside. Importantly, do NOT park in the underground garage. This is reserved parking and you will be towed (unless you are in a handicap parking stall).

Strollers. Park outside but across from the entrance of the underground parking garage. You can walk through the underground garage to find the elevator (follow the handicap signs). You can access the elevator from either handicapped parking stall by pushing the door open. Note there are two doors to access the elevator. Take the elevator to the first floor.

From Bellevue on I-405 Northbound

> Take the 124th Street exit and turn left (west) at the lights. Follow 124th Street through two sets of lights and then turn left into the Olive Garden parking lot (marked “2” on the map).
> Turn left toward Azteca Restaurant (Olive Garden will be on your right) and you are in our parking lot
> We are in the office building on your right
> Other entrances into our parking lot are off 113th Ave (marked “1” on the map) and off 120th Ave, near Wendy’s (marked “3” on the map)

From Lynnwood on I-405 Southbound

> Take the 124th Street exit and turn right (west) at the lights
> Follow 124th Street through two sets of lights and then turn left into the Olive Garden parking lot (marked “2” on the map).
> Turn left toward Azteca Restaurant (Olive Garden will be on your right) and you are in our parking lot
> We are in the office building on your right
> Other entrances into our parking lot are off 113th Ave (marked “1” on the map) and off 116th Ave, near Wendy’s (marked “3” on the map)
